The FNB-72xx is a 9.6 volt 2700mAh ultra-long-life rechargeable Ni-MH battery for the Yaesu FT-817 & FT-818. Replaces original FNB-72, FNB-85. These packs are custom-made by us, right here in the U.S.A., and contains premium 2700mAh AA cells. It offers nearly twice the operating capacity of the FNB-85. This battery can be recharged thru the radio (with the NC-72B wall charger), but the better recharging method is externally, with a WC-72 Wall Charger, or via the CA-72 charge adapter cable (sold separately).
