BP-696i : 7.2volt 4000mAh Ni-MH replacement insert for the GARMIN GPSMAP 696 and GPSMAP 695, 596. This insert goes inside the battery # 011-01787-00. These inserts are manufactured in the USA by Batteries America, using brand new 4000mAH NiMH cells. Disassembly of the battery pack is required. 2 wire connections can be soldered right onto the tabs of the new insert.
Also of note: we can rebuild your GARMIN 011-01787-00 battery pack as well. You can send us your old battery, and we can do the work to restore it to full functioning capacity. Total cost is $ 89.95, plus return shipping ($ 7.95 domestic; more for international)
